I have no idea if this part is discontinued, but assume it is because the HMI it is in was probably built 20 years ago. It is a surface mount diode with the ST logo on line 1, "EX" on line 2, and C151 on line 3. It is D29 on the attached photo. Thank

    The SM6T39A has not been discontinued, so I moved that to Analogue and Audio.
