Wasn't anywhere near ST site but got this email:

Please click on this button to start the download of the requested content:
${ctatext}

Was this a test gone wrong? Did anyone else get it? Do I need to contact support?

Just posting here in case anyone else got it.

Hi @digitaltoast,

Thanks for reporting this to us.
I checked in with the respective team and indeed this mail was sent due to a technical issue.

My apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Best regards,
Laurids

@digitaltoast @Rudy_ini

The email that was sent in error (I also received it), contained only a mangled URL with no real destination, so after double-checking I can confirm it is indeed harmless.

However, I agree that it looked like a phishing email, and for that we sincerely apologise.

Regards
/Peter

I also received the email, seemed like a glitch, I used the opportunity to request for STM32V8 high performance MCUs whitepaper download.

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

I also received one of these emails. Thanks for confirming it was an automation error.
