What is the intensity of the IR lens on the VL6180XV0NR/1?

We are using this sensor to measure the distance between the sensor and a human eye.

I need to know if this is a safe tool to use in this matter

The FDA report has that number in Joules per square meter or some strange units.

I've included the result in the snippet below.

If you need the full report please write to me separately. The data is kind of sensitive.
