BALF-NRG-01D3 pins �?�1 and �?�2

Hi all.
Sorry for my poor English. I designed board with BLUENRG and BALF-NRG-01D3 (based on X-NUCLEO-IDB04A1) and ordered to solder it. Now I have ready board. BLUENRG power is ok. I can initialize it, but I don't see any devices in BLUENRG smartphone applicaton. I measured resistance between BALF-NRG-01D3 pins �?1 and A2 (mounted to PCB) == 0.8 Ohm. Is it correct, or I have short circuit in PCB? I don't have any not soldered BALF-NRG-01D3 and I can't buy it in short order :(
