Bluenrg-1 DTM failing

Hello all,

I am using the DTM for bluenrg-1 I can program the unit and it will work fine but for some reason when the unit is left powered down for a couple of hours and then powered up again some times stops working.

Doing a flash reading starting in address 0x

I can see the next difference:

On the unit that is working:

On the unit that stops working:

For some reason that byte changes value.

Any idea why that problem could happen.

    I have seen a different problem, the bluenrg-1 was working fine pairing and communicating with other devices, then I powered down for a time and next time I power up the unit didn't work.

    Reading some locations from flash I can see that they are 0xff somehow the flash got corrupted/blank.

    Someone has seen that problem before.
