bluenrg-1 stlink programming

Hi.

I wanted to buy Bluenrg evaluation board but I couldn't do it because of export restriction.

So I designed a board referring to STEVAL-IDB008V1 schematic.

Artwork design is very simple so I expected bluenrg to connect with St-link.

Sometimes bluenrg was recognized on bluenrg-1 st-link utility but after a short time, VDD and GND became shorted.

I think that my soldering skill and circuit design can be a problem. I will re-design my board but I have some question to make sure.

Can I program bluenrg with st-link using 4 pins (SWTCK, SWTDIO, RST, GND) ???

Is there any cautions or notes for using bluenrg chip?
