BlueNRG-MS discrete balun component values?

AN4630 ('PCB design guidelines for the BlueNRG and BlueNRG-MS devices') shows a schematic and PCB layout example for a discrete balun - what I didn't find are actual values for the components (L2, L3, ..., C9, C10, ...)

Are there recommendations for these components available somewhere?
