BlueNRG-MS Dongle fails to update FW

I am trying to update BlueNRG-MS FW (using IDB006 Eval Bluetooth Dongle) using GUI -> Tools -> BlueNRG Updater -> BlueNRG-MS (v3.1 and above) -> bluenrg_7_2_c_Mode_2-16MHz-XO32K_4M.img (Tried 7.1 FW too)

However, GUI fails to update the FW with an error: HCITimeoutError.

Not sure what is the issue. Would appreciate pointers in correct direction.

    Any info on the version of Windows and Drivers involved?

    Windows 7 Enterprise.

    I am using same setup with X-Nucleo-IDB04A1 and I dont have any issues. So I do not think it is driver issues.
