Can you update BlueNRG GUI for high DPI?

There are new laptop computers out that have very high Dot Per Inch (DPI) screens. They use display scaling to make things look the right size. Unfortunately, BlueNRG GUI does not work with the displays and is almost unusable. My understanding is that some flags can be set to allow the Windows OS do the scaling for you if the app does not support scaling:
