Converter PLC to CAN Electrical Vehicle

Nowadays I´m working development a converter in PLC (CCS) to CAN (CHAdeMO). But I don´t have sure about the best Evaluation board for this task, because I don´t know frequency in EV and EV supply. I thought EVALKITST8500-1.
