How can I update the Old firmware on my motherboard?

I installed a software "BlueNRG GUI". but it is asked me to update the F/W.

I got a message "Old firmware detected on the motherboard. Update motherboard Firmware (under Tools menu)."

Please show me how to upgrade it

This can be done by programming the VCOM binary in the boards and then run the upgrade using the GUI
