How to switch seamlessly the BEACON mode and the THROUGHOUT mode by UART AT command on BLUENRG-1 hardware platform?

I want to place the BEACON mode and THROUGHOUT mode into one project on BLUENRG-1 hardware platform, and send AT command to switch seamlessly between two modes. Now I know how to work in one mode, but could not switch mode. How to do this?
