some question about bluenrg-1 power consumption

hi

1.bluenrg-1 is ble 4 or 5 ?

2.if I want use Bluetooth mesh network , it will draw allot current 

in zigbee router draw current to retransmitte data and end device don't draw allot current 

bluenrg-1 has this capability that one devise always on mesh network to range to be extended and another device be in sleep mode and just when it get any interrupt wake up and send some data and after that go to sleep again(battery power device)?
