SPWF01: Freezing - even no reaction after HW reset

Hi,
sometimes the SPWF01 freezes (FW. 3.5.3). Then I have to power off the device. A hardware or software reset causes no reaction. I also reseted my host controller, but this doesn't help. Only if I power off the SPWF01, it works again. I'm wondering why the watchdog doesn't reset the SPWF01.
Does anybody have this problem, too?
