Hi, I'm using STEVAL-IDW001V1 and STEVAL-PCC018V1 boards.

I set up wifi into IBSS mode named ''ADHOC'' but I cannot detect it from the telephone or browser.

I've the impression I'm not creating the ADHOC network. Where's the issue?

I'm attaching data.

Pietro, I had the same problem.

To solve it I need to update the module. Try v3.3.

And update it OTA. Using UART I ''brick'' the module...

IBSS was included into FW 20140805, namely FW3.2

Did you set a static IP address also on smartphone?

Depending on OS, this step is mandatory.

This step is not needed, for example, using iOS.
