SPWF01x decoding of Firmware revision / differences

Hi,

when the modules boot I get a string for the FW revision like "140128-caf4b79-

SPWF01S". Where can I get the corresponding FW rev like "3.5"?

Where can I find the differences between these revisions?

    here is the revision string to revision number matrix​, the first group of digits represents the release date:

    • 140128-caf4b79:  2.0
    • 140225-02d76c4:  2.0.1
    • 140805-3f58d6b:  3.2
    • 141106-0950875:  3.3
    • 150410-c2e37a3:  3.4
    • 160129-c5bf5ce:  3.5
    • 170111-665d284:  3.5.3
    • 180621-5f9a5a0:  3.6

    The differences between releases are described in the user manual and in the release note document included in the FW package (available from STSW-WIFI001 page on www.st.com).
