ST's M27C512 512 Kbit (64K x8) UV EPROM Softawre Dump compatible to Windows 7/10

Im Using ST's M27C512 512 Kbit (64K x8) UV EPROM which is interfaced to AT89C51 Controller . Im using Crystal Software which is in DOS Format to  to download the .HEX (software) file into the EEPROM. This Crystal Software requires DOS commands and is only compatible to the Windows XP SP2 OS . Can anyobody pls suggest me the downloading software application for this EEPROM which is compatible to Windows 7/10
