''Unknown vendor code'' in BlueNRG GUI

Dear Customer,

Can you tell me:

- Which version of firmware are you using?

- Which version of BlueNRG GUI are you using?

- If you close and after re-open the com port, the error occurs again?

I'd like to read IFR registers of my BlueNRG-MS module. Using BlueNRG GUI I can read chips' version, I can initialize it and I can update the firmware. But I can't read IFR. When I go to Tools... -> BlueNRG IFR... and click Read I get:

ParsingError

Unknown vendor code

What can be the cause?
