Using a fixed passkey pairing model for BluNRG-MS BLE NPU

Hi !

I have to implement a connection method with an authentification between a blueNRG-MS BLE device and a mobile app. The BLE device has no I/O capabilities so following the BLE spec v4.1 soi have to implement just works pairing model. But i want to implement a passkey method with a known fixed pin. it's true that the passkey generates a random TK every time, But Is it possible to use the passkey method with a fixed known pin  ?
