Where can I find the software for STM32F103RB-STKNX evaluation board?

In document UM2409 section 2.4 there is a bullet

"1. Download the STM32F103RB-STKNX package and extract it in your file system."

But I cant find any place to download this.

    I've received a response from ST support. The software is not available for download yet but should be in the end of this month.
