Where is the IFR stored for the BlueNRG-2 using DTM firmware?

In the BlueNRG-MS, the IFR was stored in flash and I could program it at the same time that I updated the firmware using my programming software. Where is the IFR on the BlueNRG-2 using DTM?

The BlueNRG GUI User Manual says that "BlueNRG-2 device firmware uses a hardware configuration table". Is this something special that uses its own protocol? Can I write my own programmer to write the IFR just like I write my own program to program using the Bootloader?
