Why the BlueNRG-Navigator, cannot detect the STEVAL-IDB007V1M?

I have a "STEVAL-IDB007V1M" when I connect this to BlueNRG-1 Navigator v3.0.0, it always says "Board not selected or unlugged". However, the PC knows the board as a COM port and I did flash the board via BlueNRG flasher.

And the tha other issue is that when I installing the BlueNRG- navigator on my PC the driver USB driver cannot instal on my PC, the windows is 10. 

What should I do? Please help me.
