Hi,

sorry for late reply. Actually MEMS technology is pretty immune to the temprature changes, One of the reason of the choice of MEMS instead of ECM is exactly the sensitivity stability over temperature.

Of course depends on how big is the temperature changes you are consideering

Please indicate a range
