Anyone know the difference between  LIS3DE and LIS3DH?

I need to make a testing jig to test a product uses LIS3DE, so I need to evaluate the self-test function ,but I cannot get any datasheet of LIS3DE.

And there is no info about  LIS3DE on ST site.

Any one have datasheet of LIS3DE?

Thank you.

Does anyone know what the difference between the LIS3DH and the LIS3DE actually is?

Edit: got the answer from this site:

http://www.st.com/en/mems-and-sensors/accelerometers.html?querycriteria=productId=SC444

LIS3DH is 12 Bit

LIS3DE is only 8 Bit
