LSM303D temperature format

Hello,

I got good results reading accelerometer data but the temperature register is about 36 (decimal), the datasheet mentions 8LSB/°C, 36/8 = 4.5°C, this is quite cold ;)

Room temp is 24°C, the other sensors located near the LSM are indicating 28°C.

What is the good conversion factor?

Unfortunately

the temperature sensor can be used only to measure temperature variations. It isn't suitable to return absolute temperatures measures. The value represents difference respect to a reference not specified value.

Best regards
