Analog input with pullup

Hi,

I'm using the analog inputs for measuring some signals.

To do this I'm initializing them to GPIO_HI_AIN_TRI.

But when reading the reference manual (page 69) it looks like it should be possible to get the analog value when the pin is set to GPIO_IPUPD_WP (input with pull-up/down)

I cannot get this working. In figure 22 it says that the AIEN bit must be set. What bit is this???
