what is the difference between ST7 MCU with part NO. suffix

as T6 and TA?

T3 means -40 to +125 Celsius? available?

Is ST7FMC1K2TC available?

T6 is the standard part number and TA is for Automotive (Both having the temp range -40 to 85C). T->stands for Thin QFP package.

Regarding ST7FMC1K2TC availablability, Pls contact local ST sales person.
