Hi community !,

i search informations about a SMD  diode with the code ER,

 

Somebody can give me a way to find it ?

yes, it is good ! 

if i understand, mine is :

 

 
SM6T30A       SGS-Thomson Microelectronics      DO-214AA
 

 

Transient voltage supressor
Vrwm=25.6V, Vbr=28.5..31.5V, 14.5A, 600W(1ms)

TVS diode.

The SMD components marking codes database - Starting with 'ER'

 

It would be helpful to provide a picture or the package type. Not enough info to narrow it down otherwise.

Yes, if the 2nd row shows ER, than this stands for the SMT6T30A.
