Have any other solution about the problem using the backup battery for RTC?

I use str710f for ECR and have to keep time after power down.some solution as follow:

1. use another RTC module

2. supply the core with backup battery of 3.3v separately.

the first isn't i want for more costing.the second,the power consumption is a problem! is 20uA reffered from datasheet?
