Hi..

I have a new STR710 EVAL board which comes with the RealView ICE. I plan on using uClinux on the board.

I have a linux image to upload to the unit. However, I don't know how to actually download it to the dev board. What tool do I use? (For instance I've used avrdude when programming atmel processors)

I don't have the realview dev suite and would preferably perform all operations from within a linux environment if possible.

Any and all help is appreciated.

Hello, did you ever find a solution to this?

The above links as far as a ican tell are all propreitry windoze tools, and as such not much help for proragramming in linux. To boot windoze every time would be a real pain, and is unacceptable.

I'm looking at some software that was written to reprogram some pda bootloader and also a programmer for the lart pcb, which it might be possible to adapt as neccasary. Any help here much appreciated.
