Welcome @Peanut1996, to the community!

I’m very sorry, but all devices with PSD (Programmable System Device) have been discontinued without replacement for many years now, including the associated software. You may still find something in the depths of the Wayback Machine, or a friendly user may still have something, but unfortunately STMicroelectronics can no longer help you.

Sorry that I cannot give a more pleasant answer.

Regards
/Peter

As @Peter BENSCH said, these are long obsolete and no longer supported.

I do remember using them back in the early 90s, when they were still Waferscale, Inc - that's over 35 years ago now!

@Peanut1996 - have you tried Rochester Electronics https://www.rocelec.com/ or similar Obsolete Component specialists?

Maybe also Trailing Edge Technologies: https://trailingedgetechnologies.co.uk/
