I am extremely sorry to inform you that the RTC of the M41T65 series has been obsolete for some time and is no longer manufactured, there is no more information from STMicroelectronics.

This is a low power clock , so you dont need the thermal resistance Junction to Ambient, just knowing allowed temp.range is enough. 

– 40 to + 85 °C operation
