Hi all,

Have anyone tried to reprogram a ST7lite25 using ICP ?

With readout protection on and using the internal oscillator ?

Please tell me how !

I can't figure out how to do without loosing the factory calibrated values of the oscillator.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

You should use ICP option enable and have the option byte with the internal oscillator bit ON.

With ICP disable, you need to provide an external clock.

Option bytes doesn't contain any factory calibration value !

Hi Laurent,

The problem is how to store the oscillator calibration values ( RCCR0 in FFDEh and RCCR1 in FFDFh ) during erase and recall them when reprogram.

STVP in ''socket mode'' works fine, but I can't find my why when using ICP...

Perhaps I am just stupid.

Can you advise step-by-step ?
