What's the value of inizialization EEPROM of St7Lite9? It's 0xFF or 0x00?

Is where in the datasheet?

Default values for new devices will be 0xFF (both Flash and eeprom), except for RCCR locations.

See page 110 of datasheet. (DEVICE CONFIGURATION AND ORDERING INFORMATION)
