Is the FERD20U50 series fast enough to rectify square wave at 120 kHz?

I am just nerding out over FERDS at the moment and want to build a SMPS using them.

The "U" series is tuned for very low forward voltage, while the "H" series is optimized for low leakage at higher temperatures. Use the ST waveform-driven Schottky & FERD eTool Simulator to evaluate thermal performance and efficiency at your specific target frequency.
