Hi,
Can I use lis3mdl as gyroscope as I observe this behaviour while reading it's raw values.

Thanks

No, a MEMS magnetometer cannot act as a gyroscope.

The LIS3MDL has already been discontinued and is no longer available. It was a magnetometer that measures magnetic field, while a gyroscope measures angular rate. To approximate gyro-like behaviour, you would need a known magnetic reference field, careful calibration, and usually sensor fusion with other sensors such as an accelerometer.
