M34E04B-FMC9TG latest material test report

Please check the figure below,  as request by our customers, we need to update the test report every 2 years.

But the test report we received before the molding compound was supplied by different supplier, can we know if it's due to different assembling site (ST & Amkor) ?  Or there is a PCN of material change for this part.
