Minimum Voltage for Operation

The evaluation board schematic shows the use of a 2.63V STM811 supervisor circuit for providing a reset pulse.

However the Datasheet for the STR71X says the minimum operating voltage is 3.0V and that ram retention is only guranteed above 2.7V when in low power mode.

Should a supervisor circuit be 3.0v rather than 2.63v or is the datasheet incorrect.
