Hello,

I recovered an old component with the marking 2843A ST.

Can't find the Part number? UC2843AD1? An idea?

Thanks

What did you "recover" it from? That may well provide useful context to narrow-down you search ...

PWM controller?

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

Yes, it is the US2843AD1, obsoleted long ago.

You can check whether you can replace it with the UC2843BD1, which is pin-compatible but differs slightly in some respects.
