pcu.h file correction

Greeting,

I think there is an error in file pcu.h (STR71x Library Version 3.0). The PCU_LPRWFI_Mask should be defined as follow:

#define PCU_LPRWFI_Mask 0x0010

The current wrong value is 0x0020.

Confirmation please or correct me if I'm wrong.
