Could you provide some reference schematic for ST10R272, like ST10R272 how to connect with external memory ? etc ....

Hello,

The attached application note could be useful. It describes specifically the connection of an M29F400B Flash memory to an ST10F163 microcontroller (is not still in production), although it can also be used as a reference for other Flash memory devices and other microcontrollers.
