I cannot get the Scotty board to in-circuit program an ST7flite0 device, when a 100nF capacitor is attached to the reset pin. Is their a maximum capacitance that can be used? Why does the evaluation board supplied with Scotty not have a capacitor at all on the reset pin?

Hopefuly you have already found a solution, but I experienced the same problems. Unforunately the Scotty guide states a minimum pull-up resistor value of 1K but states nothing about the reset capacitor. I have been informed the evaluation board is reset using the low voltage detector.
