I'm evaluating the ST72264G2M6 for a new design. It seems that very few of the ST7 family members complies with ROHS/LeadFree, though the SO-28 package is scheduled to switch Q2-05!

Any infos there? Is the ST722x family going to disappear?

Can you pls refer to section ''14.3 LEAD-FREE PACKAGE INFORMATION'' of v2.0 of datasheet ? for informations on this aspect.
