I need to read/write st10c167 eeprom by isp.

but I do not have tools that go for programming.

What tool do I need?

With what programmer can realize rewriting ISP(ICP)?

Are you sure it is the St10C167 you are using?

Because this device have 32K of Masked ROM and therefore can not be re-programmed. The content of the ROM is programmed by STMicroelectronics during diffusion based on a hex file provided by the customer.

Anyway you can read the ROM content using a tool based on the bootstrap loader function (as minimon, see link in other discussion) and do a dump.
