ST10F276 Flash

Hello

I want to program the flash of the ST10F276 using the flash registers, but my problem is that I read in the memory values different of the values that I had written. What could be the problem?

Hello,

I had nearly the same problem. The data that you had read may be read from another memory and not from the flash.

Check That :

- ROMEN bit in SYSCON register is set .

- Verify that XFLASHEN bit in XPERCON register is set in order to be able to access the Flash Control Register
