Hi All:

How to support I2C 10 bits address in ST72774( using hardware I2C master) ?

I have the problem to read the 10 bits (ID0, ID1) address I2C device.

I do like these: Start, Tx ID0, Tx ID1, Tx sub addr, Start, Tx ID0|1, TX ID1, but at this stage, ST72774 I2C is in the read status, it can't send out second byte ID.

Many Thanks

Hi,

The ST72774 supports only the 7-bits I2C addresses !

The 10-bits addresses was supported by ST7275 and ST7277.

By the way, this kind of products are not the main purpose of this forum, sorry. We support the general purpose ST7.

So, please contact directly your ST contact to get effective support.

Best regards

Laurent
