ST7F??

I use 2 micro of ST7 series, namely ST72C254 and ST72C334, both in sdip package.

I want make the step over to flash, so i can IAP.

The ST72C254 is followed by ST72F264, but i can't find any follower of ST72C334? Is there any, or maybe in the future?

I don't like to change the hardware, so pincompatible woulde be great!

Depends which SDIP package, if its the SDIP42 then have a look at the ST72F324.
