Stick/EU programming tool

Dear, sir I am facing a problem with ST7 flash STICK / EU programmer.

problems are as 1. It can not re-programm to any device if ones device programmed with read out protection on. 2. If I read out protection on then it ask to confirm for protection for each device. it problem in prodution pl suggest for above.
