what is the component that may be damaged if I find the ST7MDTU5-EPB is out of order?

the transistor or PLD?

I suspect the broken of EPB is due to misconnect the ICP connector to target board!

schematics for ST7MDTU5-EPB available?

which point on the PCB is suggested to be measured first when troubleshooting the EPB?
