Any free USB library from Keil?

Does the free Keil MDK for STM32F0/L0 www2.keil.com/stmicroelectronics-stm32/mdk

include their USB libraries for device mode? Or any USB module requires paid license?

Already asked this in the ARM forum, but got no answers there.
